There was a time when ordering a bin to dispose of all of your waste was the way to go but now with some materials
be so expensive to tip at the local landfill or transfer station it is imperative that waste producers separate their waste streams at their source rather than putting it all into one skip and hoping that the supplier does not simple take it all to landfill.
A perfect example of getting the most for your money is where asbestos is concerned. As seen in the photo above nobody would get one bin to dispose of all their rubbish as asbestos as this is likely the most expensive material to get rid of coming out of your standard renovation activity. It is also cheaper to get rid of separated tiles, concrete or bricks as this can often be reused/recycled as aggregate material.
